Depending on the time of the day and the position of the sun on the house, things can become challenging, such as having a completely over blown sky in the photo. This is just one of the many challenges that real estate photographers have to deal with. 

This was the case in the real estate photo shoot of this Plainfield home for sale.
There are different ways to handle this situation such as shooting brackets, shooting RAW, simply selecting a different time in the day...
Or doing a sky replacement in Photoshop and Lightroom. This particular process can be time consuming  based on the complexity of the picture. Mostly the trees and leaves in this case. The more of them and the more challenging in general.
